We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the client for whatever reason we see fit.

PAYMENT TERMS:
We have the right to reject any payment method.
By placing an order, you agree to one of the below payment options:
- EFT
- Cash/Card on Collection / Delivery
- Payment Methods as available on the Website
* No cash deposits into our accounts are allowed.
An additional fee of R40 will be levied for ALL cash deposits.
– 50% Deposit of the full invoiced amount to be paid on placement of order (full deposit payment must reflect in our account before we process the order)
-Full balance to be paid and reflect in our account before shipping / collection.
-Cash payments & Collections (1) – In the event where SA Fish Breeders must place a special order from a breeder for your order, a deposit will still have to be paid. The deposit payment can either be made via EFT and the balance be paid in cash or via card on collection OR a cash or card deposit can be made at SA Fish Breeders, and the balance can be paid once collection takes place.
-Cash payments & Collections (2) – In the event where we have the stock on hand, the stock will only be kept for 3 days from the day of placing the order. The order must be collected and paid for in full within those 3 days. After 3 days, we will make the stock available to other clients and you will forfeit the chance of first option on the stock.
(Use invoice number as reference when making payments)
CANCALLATION OF ORDERS:
No deposit refunds will be given to the client once the order has been placed, the deposit has been paid, and the order has been processed.
In the event where full payment has been made 50% refund will be given to the client.
ORDERS LEAD TIME / SHIPPING / ADDITIONAL COST TO CLIENT:
Livestock and plants will only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.
All other products can be shipped Monday – Friday.
Shipping Charges:
You will automatically be charged an additional R50 fee for livestock/plants to include packaging.
This is already included in the shipping charges that you will see upon checkout.
*Larger fish might have additional shipping charges. Due to the complexity of this algorithm, it cannot be calculated during checkout. The website will only calculate the MINIMUM shipping charge. If there are additional charges, this will be communicated to you after you have placed your order.

*Collection in Parow, by appointment only.
*We use make use of overnight courier services when shipping livestock to try and minimize the time the livestock is in transit.
*Please note that air freight is also available at an additional cost.
*Delivery by SA Fish Breeders in specified areas at additional cost to client:
-Free delivery for orders R1000 or more within a 50km radius.
-Orders below R1000 will incur a R150 delivery fee within a 50km radius.
-Any orders outside a 50km radius will either be Couriered / sent via PUDO
-Packaging charges will apply (see pricing below)
*Courier at an additional cost to client – will be calculated according to package size/weight and delivery address

RETURNS AND WARRANTY:
We don’t accept any returns on livestock.
Non-livestock items are returnable within 7 days. If item is found to be in working condition, the client will be liable for ALL shipping fees.
If items are faulty, a full refund or replacement will commence, and shipping will be covered by SA Fish Breeders.
Returns after 7 days will be subject to a handling fee of 15% and the client will remain responsible for the shipping costs.
We do not accept any returns on any hardware or products after 7 days of purchase.
Original packaging material of the products is required when an item is to be returned.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) GUARANTEE:
DOA Guarantee only within the first 24 hours of the shipping process.
We use overnight courier on all livestock.
If the courier takes more than 24 hours to deliver the livestock parcel, the client takes responsibility for any livestock deaths as courier delays is out of our control.
The 24-hour DOA guarantee starts when the courier picks up your order from SA Fish Breeders.
To claim your DOA Guarantee:
*Take a clear photo of the dead livestock in the original bag within 1 hour of receiving your order from the courier. (If the packaging is damaged, please take a photo before opening the box)
*WhatsApp the photo asap to SA Fish Breeders with a short description.
*The claim must be made within 24hours from the time the courier collects the order from SA Fish Breeders
*We have the right to decline any DOA Guarantees if we feel that inadequate proof was given, or the claim is not valid.
